By accessing or using Crazy Bowls & Wraps Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by all the terms described herein or incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all the terms, then do not participate in this program.
These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the Crazy Bowls & Wraps Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”).
The Loyalty Program allows customers to earn reward points for each dollar spent at participating Crazy Bowls & Wraps restaurants. Certain restrictions apply. No purchase is necessary to join the Loyalty Program.
The Crazy Club Plan is for individual customers only. Catering and business customers should contact loyalty@crazybowlsandwraps.com to be placed on their specific plan.. Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the original owner. Points cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Crazy Bowls & Wrap's Privacy Policy.
Applicants must be 13 years of age or older to enroll in the Loyalty Program. Crazy Bowls & Wraps does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent, guardian or other person and become aware of information collected from an individual under 13, please contact us immediately at loyalty@crazybowlsandwraps.com.
By participating in the Loyalty Program, you hereby release Crazy Bowls & Wraps from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost or expense, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, or death, arising out of or related to the Loyalty Program and/or use of any Uncle Maddio’s earned rewards.
Crazy Bowls & Wraps reserves the right to terminate your account in the Loyalty Program if Crazy Bowls & Wraps determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
Crazy Bowls & Wraps reserves the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, to make changes to the rules or rewards, audit or cancel your account, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time and without advance notice. Membership in the Loyalty Program and the awarding and redemption of points are automatically void where prohibited by applicable law. Crazy Bowls & Wraps has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Loyalty Program terms and conditions, and all questions or disputes regarding the Loyalty Program will be resolved by Crazy Bowls & Wraps in its sole discretion. Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the customer.
The Crazy Bowls & Wraps logo, the Loyalty Program logo, and any other logos, trademarks, trade names, and copyrights associated with the Loyalty Program or Crazy Bowls & Wraps are the intellectual property of Crazy Bowls & Wraps
